IMCZY’S staff improved the pervious PV valve test platform to a set of pneumatic grinding, PV test platform in daily work through their continuous innovation. This innovation completely broke the common practice of previous conventional PV valve manual grinding, it realized the important technical innovation of auto-pneumatic grinding valves successfully.

New invention of the pneumatic grinding valve system can increase the valve head beats from pervious 40 times per minute to 200 times per minute. The new invention system will make the grinding and test function become integrated into this process, it’s greatly improve the grinding efficiency and quality and can make sure the PV valve achieve the valve rubber seal standard by 100%.

At present, IMCZY is working to further optimize this system, and is planning to improve the grinding skill and test platform into more similar system, thus develop other kinds of valve pneumatic grinding technology.
