In August, IMCZY Shipyard installed the ballast water system for three vessels with the electrolytic and UV light treatment. The three vessels were cape size bulk carrier, panama bulk carrier and 4600 TEU container. The ballast water pipe for prefabrication and installation were nearly 3000 meters, the largest pipe diameter was DN700 and the cable laying was nearly 5000 meters. All kinds of steel bases and brackets were prefabricated 25 tons. 

Since we have started to install ballast water system in August 2016, IMCZY shipyard now has the ability to install GRE pipes, to debug and inspect the ballast water system and owns related mature technology.
